they're stuck in low-boost land if the internals are left stock (only ~12psi will do in the VQ35). Once they change out the internals, they're spending so much money to make the kind of power we make with a stock block that it's rediculous. 300ZX TT has the advantage because of the low compression internals, but the 350Z does have more low end power with high compression and 500cc extra. Obviously, if the compression ratios were the same, the 350Z TT would make more power than a 300ZX TT at the same boost level simply because of the extra displacement... but the 300ZX would've spent a lot less of course =D dollar for dollar, the Z32 eats the Z33
